Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I renovate without coming to Turkey?
- Yes. Many of our clients live in Germany, the Netherlands, Austria and France. We collect the key locally and you follow progress with daily photo reports.
- How and when do I pay?
- Bank transfer, in milestones: 30% at start, 30% mid, 30% at finish, 10% after handover. We don't ask for full payment upfront.
- Can I pay in EUR?
- For clients resident abroad we can agree in EUR. We confirm the details after the site visit.
- Who supervises the work?
- We do. Every job has an owner, the crew reports daily, and a QC + snag checklist is signed at handover.
- Will it be ready when I visit in summer?
- We plan for it. A standard flat takes 4–8 weeks; kitchen 12–18 working days; bathroom 7–12. The date goes into the contract.
